USA Volleyball Sport Psychology coach Andrea Becker asserts she is just another coach on the USA Volleyball staff.  Only her role is to coach things like behavior, attitude, effort, and routines.  Head Coach John Speraw lauds Becker’s ability to get into conversations about emotional stuff, which leads to better communication and ultimately team chemistry within the entire unit.
