To provide holistic athlete support, the Mobilized Mind has partnered with, Dr. Alexandra Abbott. Dr. Abbott is a Stanford sports medicine physician and former collegiate athlete. She has cared for athletes in the NBA, MLS, MLB, NCAA Division I, as well as youth athletes of all skill levels.

Dr. Abbott applies current research and practice in sports performance for optimal athlete development. Her expert and individually designed plans for physical fitness training, injury prevention, and nutrition can help any athlete turn the corner and reach their full potential.

Get Connected

Book with Dr. Abbott for physical fitness plans, nutrition plans, and/or injury prevention plans. By completing introductory questionnaire, we will get on the same page about the basics. Then we can maximize our discussion time diving deeper into your motivations, barriers, and goals.

Meet Up

On our introductory call, we’ll take an hour to learn more about your story and what exactly you are looking for. Whether you come in with a concrete goal or need help finding perspective, we’ll create a game plan just for you – identify your priorities and center the program on YOU.

Engage

After your consultation, Dr. Abbott will create a customized plan to guide you over the next month. Your program—focused on physical fitness, nutrition, and/or injury prevention—gives you access to expert knowledge, practical skills, and actionable strategies you can apply independently. The goal is to help you make meaningful, sustainable progress toward your specific goals.
