Sport psychologist Timothy Harkness speaks to his use of biofeedback with Abhinav Bindra of India, helping him win India’s first ever Olympic gold.  The training improved Bindra’s breath control and heart rate, reduced excess muscle tension, eliminated interior monologue, and provided good reactions and sharp focus.
