Article Notes:

This article is written by James Haskell, England & Wasps professional Rugby player.  Haskell shares how he has been devoted to sport psychology since beginning his pro career at the age of 17.  As such, he has become the first to introduce sport psychology into the coaching curriculum of his youth training academy, The Young Guns.  Not only that, but the sessions are also among the most popular training sessions at his camps.  Haskel asserts sport psychology is not about having a problem to be fixed.  Rather, it is a practical and systematic way to improve what is already there.  For instance, confidence is a skill that is learned and trained.
