Kaetlyn Osmond, World and Olympic figure skating champion, initially struggled with the transition out of elite sport, and noted many athletes often do.   Upon reaching back out to her support team, including a sport psychologist, she found her footing and figured out where she wants to be, and who she wants to become.  This has included running figure skating camps in her home of Newfoundland.  Along with teaching the basics of figure skating, she’s openly sharing about the mental side of sport.
