Players boxes are continuing to grow, with one notable addition being that of a sport psychologist.  Ons Jabeur has been working with sport psychologist Melanie Maillard since 2017.  While often meeting virtually, Maillard has been on-site with Jabeur as she beat Iga Swiatek to reach her first Wimbeldon quarterfinal in 2021, and in her first big career final in Madrid (May 2022).  Jabeur acknowledges the benefits of having Maillard present at tournaments versus speaking virtually.
