Article Notes:

Darcey Bussell, as a young principal dancer at 22 years old in 1991, was one of the first dancers to seek out performance psychology.  Upon connecting with Britt Tajet-Foxell, a Norwegian-born physiotherapist retrained as a performance psychologist, Bussell worked through things like injury, pain, and defeating stage gremlins.  Fast forward to 2020, Tajet-Foxwell is still working with dancers at the Royal Ballet, which has become a normal part of self-care and preparation.
